Excellency,
I have learned with profound sadness over the loss of lives and extensive damages to properties of the people of the Republic of Korea as a result of fire that broke out at a warehouse construction site in the city of Icheon, Gyeonggi province on 29 April 2020.
On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, I would like to convey my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Your Excellency, the Government and people of the Republic of Korea, particularly to families of the victims affected by this incident.
I am confident that under the intensive effort by the Government of the Republic of Korea, the people of the Republic of Korea will be able to overcome this difficult time and restore their living conditions to normalcy soon.
