It gives me a great honour and pleasure to express my cordial congratulations to Your Excellency and through you to all your staff on the occasion of the 25^th Anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic.

I am very pleased to note that over the past 25 years, the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the Kyrgyz Republic have been strengthened, both in bilateral and multilateral frameworks. It is my conviction that with our greater efforts Lao-Kyrgyz cooperative relationship will be further enhanced and flourished forthe tangible benefits of our two countries and peoples as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for development in our respective region and the world at large.

I avail myself of this opportunity to wish Your Excellency and your staff good health, personal well-being and every success in your noble endeavors.
