Congratulatory Message On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Maldives

Your Excellency,

            On the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Maldives, on behalf of theentire people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic as well as on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and thefriendly people ofMaldives.

            I am delighted to witness that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Maldives have been enhanced over the past years. I strongly hope that such good friendly relations will be further strengthened and fruitful in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two nations.

            May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and the people of Maldives continued progress and prosperity.
