Sympathy Message over the crash of the Air India Express flight IX-1134 in Kozhikode city of India

Vientiane, 10 August 2020

            Excellency,

            Iam deeply saddened over the crash of the Air India Express flight IX-1134 that skidded off runway in Kozhikode city of India on 07 August 2020, causing loss of lives and injured passengers on board.

            On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, I would like to express my deepest condolences and sympathies to Your Excellency, the Government and Indian people, particularly the victims and affected families by this tragic incident.

            I sincere hope that the Government and Indian people, particularly affected families would be able to overcome this difficult time.
