On the occasion of your election as Prime Minister of Japan, on behalf of the government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I have a great pleasure to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency.
I am confident that under Your Excellency’s wise leadership and rich experiences, Japan will be further developed and prosperous. I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency in order to further strengthen the long-standing friendly relations and Strategic Partnership between Laos and Japan for mutual benefits of our two nations as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for development in the region and the world at large.
