Your Highness,
It is my great honor to extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Highness, the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 88th Anniversary ofthe National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have enjoyed friendly relations and good cooperation over the past years. I look forward to working closely with Your Highness to further develop the existing and good cooperation between our two countries in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two nations.
