I am pleased to witness that the friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries have been continuously enhanced and flourished in various areasover the past 25 years. I am firmly confident that such existing friendly relationsand good cooperation will be further strengthened for mutual benefits of the peoples of our two nations, as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for development in the region and the world at large.
