Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the 65^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Austria, on behalf of the Government and the entire Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my warmest congratulation and best wishes to Your Excellency good health, well-being, and the friendly people of Austria lasting happiness and greater prosperity.

It is gratifying for me to note that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Austria have been continuously developed and flourished over the past years.        I am confident that through our common efforts, the said friendly relations and cooperation so happily existing between our two countries will be further strengthened and flourished in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two peoples.
