Ihave a great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency on the occasion of your appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia once again.

I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency, particularly to jointly Co-chair with Your Excellency for theJoint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between the Lao PDR and Malaysia to further strengthen the existing, long-standing friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between our two Foreign Ministries in the years to come both bilateral and multilateral frameworks as well as ASEAN family for mutual benefits of our two nations.
