The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the State of Palestine have enjoyed the friendly relations and good cooperation over the past years and I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation will be further developed in the years ahead for mutual benefits of peoples of our two nations.

May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and greater success in your noble tasks and the Palestinian people continued progress and prosperity.
