On the occasion of the 63rd Anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of the Nigerand the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of the Niger, I have a great honor to extend my warmest congratulationsand best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of the Niger.
I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of the Niger will be further developed in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two countries.
