I am pleased to note that the long-lasting friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao PDR and the Republic of the Philippines as well as our two Ministries have been enhanced and flourished over the past years. I look forward to welcoming Your Excellency’s official visit to the Lao PDR and Co-chairing the 2^nd Joint Commission Meeting in Vientiane to be further enhanced the cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral fora as well as for prosperity in ASEAN family.
