Excellency,
On behalf of the Government and the people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I have a great honour to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of Benin on the occasion of the 62nd Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Benin.
I strongly believe that the friendly relations and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Benin will be further developed in the years to come for mutual benefits of our two countries as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.
