On October 12, 2018, in Bali, Indonesia, Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR and his delegation continued attend the opening ceremony of the 2018 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group as honorable guest.
The meetings brought together ASEAN Leaders, central bankers, minister of finance and developments, private sector executives, civil societies, medias and academics to discuss issues of global concerns, including the world economic outlook, global financial stability, poverty eradication, jobs and growth, economic development, aid effectiveness and climate change.
