Your Excellency,

            On the occasion of the 62^nd Anniversary of the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, on behalf of the government, people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the government and the entire people of Pakistan.

            I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between the two countries Laos and Pakistan will be further developed in the years to come for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples as well as for peace, stability and cooperation in the region and the world at large.

            May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health and happiness and wish for the progress and prosperity of people of Pakistan.
