We have learned with profound sadness over the passenger plane crash of Cuban Airlines Cubana in Havana on Friday, which has caused numerous loss of lives and damages of properties of the Cuban people as well as that of the Party and Government of the Republic of Cuba.
On behalf of the Government and people of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences to You and through You to the Government and the people of the Republic of Cuba, especially to the grieving and bereaved families of the victims for this immense loss.
