I am convinced that under Your Excellency’s wise leadership and rich experiences, the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste will be further developed and prosperous and I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further strengthen the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between Laos and Timor-Leste for mutual benefits of the peoples of our two countries as well as for peace, stability, friendship and cooperation for development in the region and the world at large.
