On behalf of the entire Lao peopleand my own behalf, I would like to express my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire Mauritanian people on the occasion of the 58^th Anniversary of the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

I am confident that the friendly ties and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania will be further developed in the years to come for the mutual benefits of our two countries.

I would like to take this auspicious opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health,well-being and the Mauritanian people further progress and prosperity.
