Professional Experiences:

1987 - 1996             :        Teacher/official at the International Relations Training Centre, IFA, MOFA.

1996 - 1999             :         Deputy Director of the Training Division of IFA, MOFA in charge of designing and developing curriculum for English and professional trainings for Lao Government officials.

1999 - 2002             :         Diplomatic Service as the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Lao People's Democratic Republic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was Charge'd' affairs for 6 months.

2006 - 2009            :          Director of Training Division of the IFA, MOFA and member of TESOL convention.

2009 - 2011             :         Deputy Director - General of IFA, MOFA, Member of ASEAN Think - Tanks Network; member of Deans and Directorates of ASEAN+3 Institute of Diplomatic Training and member of International Forum of Diplomatic Training (IFDT).

2009 - 2014              :         President of Lao Women Unions of the MOFA.
