 : Official of the external Relations Department of the Central Committee of LPF in VIENGXAY

1976-1977

 : Member of Cabinet to the Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs

1977-1981

 : First Secretary and Charge d'Affaires a.i of the Lao PDR Embassy in USSR

1981-1982

 : Deputy Director General, then acting Director General of the Department No.1 ( in charge of socialist countries ) MFA

1982-1988

 : Director General of the Department No.1 and in 1984-85 Concurrently assumed the post of Director General of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

1988-1992

 : Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to the PR of China and to the DPR of Korea

Since 12/1992

 : Appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs
