Greetings to Swiss Confederation on National Day
Mr. Choummaly Sayasone, President of the Lao PDR, has sent his greetings to Mr. Hans-Rudolf Merz, President of the Swiss Confederation on the occasion of Swiss Confederation National Day.
The Lao President also sent best wishes to the President and people of Switzerland on behalf of the Lao government and people.
“I am confident that the friendly relations and the co-operation existing between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Swiss Confederation will be further broaden and flourish in the future,” Mr. Choummaly said in an open letter to Mr. Hans-Rudolf Merz.
Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs also sent his greetings and best wishes to his counterpart from Swiss Confederation.
