Excellency,

We have learned with deep sorrow over the tragic incident occurred in the evening of 22^nd May, 2017 in Manchester, following the bomb explosion and being treated as a terrorist act which caused numerous deaths and injuries of innocent people.

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Lao PDR, we would like to express our deep condolences and sympathy to the Government and the People of the United Kingdom as well as bereaved families of the victims affected by this attack.
