Your Majesty,
I am deeply saddened by the passing away of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain on 11 November 2020.
On behalf of the entire Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the royal family members, the Government and people of Bahrain.
May the soul of His Royal Highness rest in peace.
