I have a great pleasure to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire Nigerian people on the occasion of the61st Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Nigeria have enjoyed friendly relations and good cooperation over the past years. I am confident that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened and enhanced in the years ahead for mutual benefits of our two nations.
May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, well-being and greater success in your noble tasks and the Nigerian people continued progress and prosperity.
