      I would like to express my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the people of Israel on the occasion of the 74^th Anniversary of the National Day of the State of Israel.

      I am very pleased to note that the friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries have been continuously enhanced over the past years. I am convinced that the existing friendly relations and good cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened both in bilateral and multilateral levels for mutual benefits of peoples of our two nations as well as for peace, stability and development cooperation in the region and the world at large.

            May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and greater success in your noble tasks and the Israeli people continued progress and prosperity.
