Your Excellency,
On the occasion of the 106th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Finland, on behalf of the Lao people and in my own name, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the entire Finnish people.
I am delighted to witness that the Republic of Finland has been continuously developed throughout the past century. The friendly ties and good cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Finland have been further strengthened. I strong believe that with our common effort, the good relations between Laos-Finland will be further enhanced and deepen in the years to come for the benefits of our two peoples as well as for peace, stability and cooperation for sustainable development in the regional and the world at large.
On this glorious occasion, may I wish Your Excellency good health, happiness and every success in your noble tasks, and the friendly Finnish people lasting happiness and prosperity.
