I am deeply saddened to learn about the loss of lives of His Excellency Ibrahim Raisi, President and His Excellency Hossein Amirabdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and delegates caused by a helicopter crash in the Northwest of the Islamic Republic of Iran on 19 May 2024.
